What we deliver

We provide crane hire and contract lifting for industrial, construction and mechanical handling work. Contract lifts are planned, supervised and executed by our own team, with lift plans produced for each operation.

Often delivered alongside HIAB hire and specialist transport and industrial strip-outs and plant removal.

Crane capability

The right crane for the job

Our in-house crane capability covers lifts from 10 to 200 tonnes. Where a project requires something larger or more specialised, we can arrange the right equipment through our long-standing relationships across the lifting industry. That gives customers access to the capability they need, without restricting the solution to a single crane type or size.

Contract Lift or Crane Hire?

Crane Hire is suitable where the customer has the competent personnel, lift planning and supervision required to manage the lifting operation.

Contract Lift allows MK Site Services to take responsibility for planning and managing the lifting operation, including the appropriate lift planning, crane, lifting accessories and competent personnel required for the agreed scope.

How the work is planned

Site assessment

Ground conditions, access, obstructions and lift radius assessed on site.

Lift plan

Appropriate crane selected and a lift plan produced for the operation.

Supervised lift

Lift carried out under supervision with trained slinger/signaller support.

Sign-off

Load positioned, equipment de-rigged and the operation closed out.
