Industrial strip-out work is an engineering exercise: understanding how plant was installed, how it can be safely dismantled, and how it will be lifted, handled and removed from the building. We carry out factory strip-outs, plantroom strip-outs, machinery removal and equipment removal, preparing buildings for refurbishment, relocation or the installation of new equipment. Access and sequence are planned first, then we dismantle, remove, transport and store.

We work from Livingston across West Lothian, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Central Scotland, on single plantrooms through to full factory clearances, with projects also delivered throughout Scotland and the UK.

Often delivered alongside secure industrial storage and HIAB hire and specialist transport.

Specialist regulated isolation work, such as gas, may be undertaken by appropriate specialist subcontractors.
